My Hula Hut (Formerly Malia’s Hula Hut) is a Houston-based Hawaiian and Polynesian dance entertainment service
Role – Social Media Manager, Photographer, Videographer, hula dancer and fire dancer
I grew account followers on Instagram from 12 to 158 in one year, mainly through reels and through talking with clients at events. I also revamped the Instagram feed with a linktree, story highlights, an elaborate description, and frequent posts. I enjoyed getting to talk with and dance for people at the shows. We have performed at Six Flags, birthday parties, Margaritaville, AAPI events, country clubs, summer camps, and more.
